Everybody records their own time and sees only that on their week. In the evaluations a project lead additionally sees what is booked on their projects, an administrator sees everything.
Projects belong to customers. The recording increment, billability and hourly rates hang off them and apply to everything booked there.
Budgets in hours or euros, per period. The forecast spreads what is left over the working days that remain — public holidays and absences taken off.
Drag spans on a timeline instead of typing hours. Overlaps are worked out as interruptions by the application itself.
Group an evaluation however you need and take it out as an Excel file with totals and individual entries, or as CSV.
Periods can be locked, for everything or per customer and project. Nothing on an invoice gets changed by accident afterwards.
